• Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled after it has been packaged or dispatched.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We provide delivery across Bangladesh through our courier partners.

• Estimated delivery times:

  • Inside Dhaka: 24–48 hours from order confirmation.

  • Outside Dhaka: 2–4 business days.

• We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by natural events, transport strikes, or unforeseen logistics issues beyond our control.

6. Book Condition & Authenticity

We guarantee that all books sold on Okkhar.com are genuine and brand new unless explicitly listed as pre-owned or vintage. Customers are advised to inspect the parcel upon delivery.

7. Return & Replacement Policy

We accept return or replacement requests under the following conditions:

• You received a damaged or misprinted book (e.g., missing pages, defective binding).

• An incorrect book was delivered.

• Notification Window: Issues must be reported to our customer support within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs or video proof.

• Returned books must be unused and in their original condition.

8. User Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate personal information, including full name, delivery address, and active contact numbers. Okkhar.com is not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete details provided by the customer.

9. Payment Methods

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Mobile Financial Services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), and major Debit/Credit Cards. Full payment must be completed either online at checkout or in cash upon delivery.
